Phoenix House has served communities in California since 1979, helping thousands of individuals each year to overcome the problems associated with drug and alcohol abuse and lead healthy, productive and rewarding lives. Some 1,200 adults and teenagers receive treatment each day through more than 18 Phoenix House programs throughout California. While treating each client with respect and compassion, and addressing their individual needs, our professional, well-trained staff offers over a million days of service every year.

Phoenix House Programs in Orange County

Serving adults and adolescents in Orange County since 1979, Phoenix House offers substance abuse services across the continuum of care – prevention, intervention, treatment, and continuing care through recovery management collaboration with other agencies and partners in the community. Our programs in Orange County represent this full spectrum, making individual service selection readily accessible for clients. Phoenix House has developed and sustained specialized programs for different drug-troubled clients (including adolescents, the homeless, women with children, and youth in foster care), as well as programs that rebuild families torn apart by substance abuse and other destructive factors.

Our well-trained, professional staff adjust services to the needs of our diverse population of clients, including activities that address each individual’s culture, ethnicity, age, gender, sexual orientation, and personal goals. Acting with warmth and compassion, the staff is sensitive to the mental health and trauma-related issues faced by clients. The focus rests on recognizing and nourishing individual strengths which serve as a foundation for recovery.
