Substance Abuse Treatment and Education Services

Certified as a Drug and Alcohol Treatment provider, and Drug Medi-Cal provider, Bilingual Family Counseling Service, Inc., serves the residents of San Bernardino County in an outpatient setting. Services are free, or covered by Medi-Cal to those who qualify. Private pay rates are competitive. The following services are offered to our clientele:

* Group Treatment
* Parenting Classes that focus on parents in Recovery

The agency accepts the following types of referrals:
* JAG-OTP or PC1210 (Previously known as Prop-36)
* Children and Family Services Substance Abuse Referrals
* Self Referred Private Pay Substance Abuse Treatment
* DEJ (Deferred Entry of Judgment) / PC 1000

BFCS, Inc. was established in 1976. We are a private, non-profit, community-based agency, serving the local communities of the West Valley region of San Bernardino County. Our primary services include working with individuals and families struggling with addiction, trauma, loss, or family violence. Services are provided in both English and Spanish to reflect the language needs of the residents of our communities.
