Outpatient Detoxification
Addiction is usually recognized when the substance is abruptly stopped. A cluster of symptoms known as a withdrawal syndrome occur, and it is often the only warning that a physical dependence has developed. If you experience withdrawal symptoms, you may benefit from a medical detoxification.
Lasting Recovery’s Outpatient Detoxification Services are available as the first step in helping you overcome your dependency on alcohol and drugs. Our onsite integrative services help you to achieve a safe and supportive detoxification from Alcohol, Marijuana, Opiates/Pain Medication, Benzodiazepines, Tranquillizers, and Stimulants.
Detoxification Medical Services:
* Detoxification education and support
* Medical consultation, psych-social history, medical history & physical examination.
* Prescription of medications (including Suboxone)
* Assessment of the acuity of drug/alcohol abuse
* Professional recommendation for appropriate level of care for detoxification and addiction treatment.
* Interpretation of laboratory tests ordered by Medical Director.
* Recommendation(s) for medical consultation within other specialties, if needed.
